How to make the perfect poached eggs and homemade sourdough bread, Turkish breakfast with whipped labne and chilli oil, gluten-free pancakes and homemade granola

Session 2 - High Protein Meals

Fish tacos with gluten-free wraps, Asian shrimp rice paper burrito, chicken chopped salad with green goddess sauce and Vietnamese chicken wraps in gem lettuce

Session 3 - Dinner Party Special

Shrimp Thai curry with jasmine rice, Asian style whole salmon and slow-cooked beef chuck bao buns with pickled veggies

Session 4 - Guilt free desserts

Sweet potato brownies, chocolate cake, banana protein chocolate chip cookies and a date and walnut cake

All desserts mentioned are gluten-free and dairy free
